I'm getting married soon and my mom unfortunately passed away. My sister had our moms wedding dress in her closet but unfortunately delt with a house fire that left all of their clothes (including the dress) smoke damaged. I brought my mom's 45 year old wedding dress to family pride with smoke damage, old deeply set in stains and heavy yellowing and they reassured me they would take great care of it. it's never easy to let any of her possessions go but by the time I left it there I felt so comfortable and confident it would be handled with the respect it deserves! a few days later it was ready for pick up and when I say it looked incredible, I mean truly stunning. it was brighter, stain free, and smelled clean again! The owner really made me feel so much more secure in leaving something so valuable with someone else and truly took her time and made sure it came out fantastic for us. now I can incorporate it into my wedding and still feel like she is there with me and that is a valuable thing to do for someone without much to remember their mom by. i love family pride cleaners and will always choose them when I need any dry cleaning! they are professional, kind, and empathetic! I recommend them everytime!
